For flights to the USA, Germany and China the airline companies must provide additional information about their passengers to the governments of the respective countries.
That is why we request scan copies of the required documents from our users for the above-listed destinations.
Upon booking, our Customer Care Service Team will send you an email with the list of the data to be additionally entered in your booking.
How to enter visa and other data in the booking?
To enter visa data in the booking, go to
"My Account" – "Flight Tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Add Visa Details." For more details, please follow this
link.
For flight to/from USA, please specify:- Information on entry visa (visa number, the city where it was issued, date of issuance).
- Data on the Green Card (if available).
- Passenger’s Redress Number (if available).
- Known Traveller Number (if available).
- Passenger’s birthplace.
- Address your actual residence in the United States, addresses of the temporary stay in the United States, addresses the first night stay in the country (street, the building and the apartment number, the city, zip code).
If you purchased only a oneway ticket to the United States - please specify: Green Card data or information of the return flight ticket; data on the other type of the US visa; address of the actual residence in the US.
When you go to China, please enter your visa details in the booking. If you head for Tibet, you will also need a special permission to enter the region, which you must obtain in advance in the Embassy of the PRC.
For flight to / from Germany, please specify:- Information on visa (visa number, the city where it was issued, date of issuance).
- Passenger’s birthplace.
- The address of the actual place of stay in the destination country (street, the building and the apartment number, the city, zip code).
For transit flights through several countries in the passenger should have a transit visa or other visa of such country. For more information please contact, the consulate/embassy of the relevant countries.
Please note!- You must add the required data no later than 72 hours before departure. If you are booking a ticket less than 72 hours before departure, please provide your details to the Customer Care Service agent.
- If you do not know the required information before the flight, the check-in and passport control may be problematic or impossible.
- If we not be able to issue your ticket without mandatory additional information, we will contact you. If you refuse to provide the additional information, your booking will be cancelled. The refund will be processed in accordance with the fare rules.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of crossing the border, correct details of visa and other documents. The expiry date of your passport must comply with the requirements of the destination countries.
