1. When you discover that your baggage has been lost, stolen, or damaged, or if your baggage delivery is delayed, write an application specifying one the above-mentioned events and give it to those in charge of such issues, namely:
- carrier representatives (for example, the airline);
- representatives of hotels, boarding houses, etc. or of parking lots, garages, transport companies;
- in all other cases - local law enforcement agencies or other governmental authorities.
Please note! In case of theft or accidental loss of payment means, please apply to local law enforcement agencies immediately.
2. Receive documents confirming the loss of baggage from the above-mentioned institutions.
3. Inform the insurance company of the insured event within 24 hours (except weekends and national holidays) of its occurrence.
4. Contact the insurance company to receive compensation within 30 days of the end of your trip. Find out more about
