What should I do if I can’t contact the assistance company?

If you are unable to contact the assistance company or if you require immediate medical assistance, contact the nearest hospital. Don’t forget to present your insurance policy! You have to contact the assistance company within 48 hours of the occurrence of the insured event.

In all other cases, inform “Kyi Avia Garant” of the insured event within 30 days of the moment of its occurrence.

If you cover the expenses yourself, please make sure to keep all the documents confirming the payment and the occurrence of the insured event. The expenses which you covered yourself will be compensated according to the conditions of the Insurance Contract once you arrive in Ukraine.
