Совсем не доволен обслуживанием! В начале полёта сказал стюардесса что хочу купить в магазине самолёта всякую всячины мне дали брошюру так как у меня небыло в сиденье, через 5 мин сказал что готов сделать заказ но мне отказали, в связи с тем что готовились к обслуживанию пассажиров! Но и после обслуживания мне отказались типо самолёт будет идти на посадку! И при всем этом занимались своими делами! Так зачем магазин в самолёте если за 2,5 часа нельзя ничего купить!рейс Франкфурт в Салоники 29.10.2023 вылет был в 11 утра

Купила билеты онлайн на официальном сайте за 7 месяцев до полета. Через полтора месяца обнаружила на том же сайте, что бронирование отменено авиакомпанией. Не совсем поняла, отмена рейса или что это. Никаких официальных сообщений от компании ни на почту, ни на телефон по этому поводу не было. Теперь ведем переписку по имейлу: я им вопросы, как я могу изменить рейс или отменить полет и вернуть деньги, они мне предложения звонить в колл-центр. А центр в Греции. Во-первых недешево, во-вторых нет уверенности, что поймем друг друга. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобным поведением с их стороны. Я не знаю, что делать. Может посоветуете?
