Люди не купляйте тут квитки це ужас!!! В мене заброньований квиток з Барселони до Будапешта і з Будапешта до Львова. Протягом неділі мені на ел.почту приходить повідомлення що рейс з Будапешту до Львова скасовано і вони пропонують поміняти рейс але потрібно доплатити 150€ і так я зробила змінила маршрут доплатила і тут проходить неділя і знову пишуть що рейс з Будапешту до Варшави скасовано. Я просто в шоці і знову предлагають змінити рейс в інші країни з пересадками щоб добратись до Львова і знову оплатити потрібно вже 250€ я просто вшоці і незнаю де звертатись і що робити😢

Сьогодні я повинен був летіти зі Львова до Барселони з пересадками у Будапешті та Франкфурті. В аеропорті Львова мене не пустили на літак, сказавши, що з двома пересадками не можна летіти, а лише з одною. Чому Ківі продає квитки з двома пересадками? Мій квиток коштував 500 євро за одну людину в одну сторону. Позорисько!!! Чекаю офіційних вибачень і повернення грошей. Тел.: 0980900385
