Летала в Марсель через Вену авиакомпанией Lauda. Потеряли в Вене мой багаж! Обещали что 6.02 в 8:25 вылетит на Марсель мой чемодан. А он по прежнему в Вене. Почему? Если у вас не компетентный персонал, меняйте! Вы делаете ошибки, а без чемодана я провожу свой отпуск. Вы самая отвратительная авиакомпания! 🤬 Берегите свои нервы и багаж и не пользуйтесь услугами этой компании
