Билеты куплены были заранее, но за 2 недели до перелёта рейсы отменились. заявка на рассмотрении с октября. Деньги всё ещё не вернули. Печальная история :(

Скажите пожалуйста как связаться с компанией. Нам отменили рейс, сказали что вернут деньги но их никто не вернул.
